Chances are, you walk by it every Sunday. But how often do you stop and take a look at it? Look at what? Our tract rack. We have many new titles and many old favorites. Stop and take a look. They have all been donated so please help yourself.
There are some fun titles to learn more about our Episcopal heritage such as "Our James Heritage" or the tract about the Archbishop of Canterbury. Do you know a history buff at work or in your neighborhood? Why not give them the Jamestown tract when you're done reading it. If they show some interest, why not invite them to join you at church the next Sunday?
There are some terrific titles to help with your inner spiritual life. Consider reading a few of the prayer or family tracts. There are some good titles on Topics like de-cluttering as a spiritual Activity or how to keep a prayer journal.
Were you curious about some famous member like Archbishop Desmund Tutu or TS Eliot? We have tracts about them as well. After you read them, why not give them to the family member or neighbor who loves current events, good books or public tv/radio?
Ever consider having your own Bible study but you don't know where to start? Consider picking up the tract on the Gospel of John, the Psalms or "101 Key Bible Stories."
In late November there will be many Advent/Christmas tracts about observing a Spirit filled Advent and a blessed Christmas. Please enjoy them and talk about them around the family din-ner table.
