Dear Parents,
Grace and Peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ! We want to make you aware of the programs for Christian Formation here at Christ Church, not simply as more activities for your kids, but hopefully as vital spiritual nourishment for all that they are doing and all that they are becoming.
Christ’s great commandment for us is to love God with all our heart and mind and strength and to love our neighbor as ourselves. Cultivating this love in these children is the goal of our Christian Formation program. Whether we are helping our children learn to pray in children’s chapel, teaching them the parables of Jesus in Sunday School, or leading them on a camping trip for high school youth group, we want these children to be sent deeper into the knowledge and experience of God’s unfathomable love in Jesus Christ.
