In 2025, Christ Church renewed its relationship with Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity, a well-known organization that seeks to put God’s love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope. Founded on the principle that everyone deserves a decent place to live, Milwaukee Habitat addresses the affordable housing crisis by helping families earning below the median income to invest in and preserve home ownership.

As members of Habitat’s Building on Faith initiative, there are multiple opportunities for parishioner service beyond the financial support we provide. From team build days, to volunteering at the ReStore, to Habitat-focused educational events at the parish for both adults and youth, there are many ways to experience “hands on” outreach and service with this organization.
