Sojourner Family Peace Center

Sojourner Family Peace Center provides comprehensive services that help to create peaceful communities in which domestic respect and a life free from violence is the right of every woman, man and child. Christ Church provides financial support as well as several meals for the shelter residents each year, and also includes the shelter in our annual winter clothing drive. In recent years, we have also helped Sojourner secure funding for larger projects and helped to implement them, such as creating a Sensory room for children and a space for teens, while also providing furniture for the family room at the shelter. And for many years, Christ Church has celebrated St. Nicholas Day by collecting gifts for Sojourner’s women and children.
