Tanzania

The Diocese of Wisconsin has a companion relationship with the Anglican Dioceses of Tanzania. We have supported Diocesan projects at All Saints Church in the village of our former Associate Priest Fr. Oswald, such as the building of a church school building, and then participated in a matching grant to raise funds to dig a clean water well for the community. Over the past several years, we have extended our direct support of Fr. Oswald’s ministry in Tanzania with funding to support the development of two additional parishes and established a sewing program for girls in the area to learn a trade that will help them become more self-sufficient.
