HOLY WEEK SCHEDULE

Maundy Thursday Agape Meal with LiturgyApril 2nd at 6 p.m. Come join us as we commemorate the Last Supper with a catered Greek feast. We enter into Scripture with interactive readings, wash and prepare the church for Good Friday, and begin the vigil in the garden. This night is for the whole family! To support this sacred experience, you are invited to make a free-will offering. Give as the Spirit moves you. Good Friday Liturgy – April 3rd at 12 noon and All-Ages service at 5:30 p.m. At noon we will gather for a solemn service featuring special choral music, the proclamation of the cross, the reading of the passion gospel, and a short reflection. An All-Ages service at 5:30 p.m. features a hands-on retelling of the Passion Story.

Easter Vigil – April 4th 8:00 p.m. The Vigil has been the pinnacle of Holy Week since the earliest days of the church. Celebrate the resurrection of Jesus with the Great Fire, telling of salvation history, and the first (and most raucous) A----luia of Easter. A true Easter service: chocolate and champagne to follow.

Easter Sunday – April 5th at 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Christ is risen, A----luia! If you did not go to the Vigil service (or if you want another celebration) we’ll see you on Sunday morning! An Easter Egg Hunt supporting Outreach will follow the 9:30am service!
